Greg Creer is a family business attorney with both law firm and in-house legal experience. Mr. Creer has a variety of business legal experience, including business contracts, purchase and sale agreements, employee contracts, corporate documents, commercial real estate, limited liability companies and much more.

​Mr. Creer has also been able to personally help individual clients with personal legal needs, such as buying and selling properties, estate planning, business succession plans, wills and trusts, probate, and tax issues.

Mr. Creer is also an active litigator. Litigation services are provided on an individual basis.

Mr. Creer holds active licenses to practice law in Colorado and Wyoming and is inactive in Iowa and Wisconsin.

Mr. Creer is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Colorado Technical University where he teaches business law, ethics, strategy and policy.
